Subject: Imposition of UBB to wholesalers and related costs

Dear Mr von Finekenstein,

Today, I express my concerns regarding the recent CRTC ruling allowing Large telecommunication companies to effectively end the competition in the ISP market.
I am deeply concerned by the fact that these big companies believe that they can limit Canadians' bandwidth consumption by imposing artificially high fees they say are necessary to further build out the infrastructure.
